I'm at my gym class on Sat a.m. so cannot do this week.

On a good note, Kamara and I shaved our time along the sea front by a further 3 minutes.... We're currently at 3 miles in 34 mins. When we get to 3 miles in 30 mins we are gonna aim for a 4 mile run (i think).

I missed this post at the end of last week, I would have came along on Satdurday as my combat class wasn't on.
